The process of creating an appointment slot is very easy and quick. There are a few different ways that you can do this: through the email window, via the calendar tool and through an online application called Bookings.

If you are using the email window, simply send an email to the person you wish to schedule an appointment with and include your link to the booking page. Once they click the link, they will be directed to your appointment scheduling page where they can choose a time that works for them.

When you are done, you will have an appointment scheduled in the calendar and a meeting invitation will be sent to the person who has requested an appointment. If you have set up a text notification system for the invitation, the invitee will be able to receive an alert when their appointment is being scheduled.

Once an appointment has been created in the calendar, you will be able to edit it or remove it as needed. There are also several options for recurring appointments. You can make an appointment recur every day, every week, or even on a specific date.

Setting a duration for the appointment is simple as well. You can choose a default length of 15 minutes or a custom duration, as long as you like. If you have a large number of meetings and appointments in your calendar, it may be helpful to set the duration to 30 minutes or 60 minutes so that people don’t have to worry about finding an exact time to meet with you.

You can also set a scheduling window to allow people to book appointments from 12 hours to 60 days in advance. This will allow people to find an available time that works for them when it is important to have a meeting with you.

If you are using the calendar tool, click the “Create” button in the top left corner of the calendar window and select the “Appointment” option. Then, click the drop-down menu and choose “Appointment Scheduling.”

Google Workspace Individual subscribers and those with a work or school Google calendar account can use appointment scheduling to manage their availability in Google Calendar. The feature is free and can be used by both employees and students.

Once you’ve created your appointment schedule, you can share it with others by clicking the “Share” button in the top right corner of the appointment schedule. This will generate a web page that is available to any user who has access to your schedule. This web page will display your name, photo and the time you are available to meet with them.
